This Notice applies to personal information processed through cylexstore.com, Cylex Store customer accounts, checkout, order fulfillment, email communications, and Customer Care. “Cylex Store,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this online store.
This Notice does not govern websites or services operated independently by third parties, even when we link to them.

Our systems may receive your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie or session identifiers, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs.
Payment providers send us transaction status and limited payment details; carriers and EasyPost may provide rates, address validation, shipment, delivery, and tracking events; and email providers may provide delivery or engagement status. We may also receive fraud-prevention and account-security signals.

Cylex Store uses necessary cookies and session storage for functions such as sign-in, cart contents, checkout, security, language, and preferences. We may also use limited measurement technologies to understand site performance. Your browser can block or delete cookies, but doing so may prevent account, cart, or checkout features from working correctly.
If we introduce technologies that require consent or provide an opt-out right, we will present the appropriate choice before using them as required by law.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this Notice and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism, including recognition of applicable browser-based preference signals.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including fulfillment, support, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of record and applicable requirements.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Checkout traffic is encrypted in transit, and full payment-card numbers are handled by payment providers rather than stored by Cylex Store. No system is completely secure, so customers should use a unique password and protect account access.

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies, you may request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a portable copy, or information about collection and disclosure. You may also have rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising and to appeal a denied request.
Use our contact form to submit a request. Describe the right you want to exercise and provide the email address associated with your account. We may verify identity before responding and may retain information when an exception applies, such as completing an order, preventing fraud, or meeting a legal duty. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to proof of authority and identity verification.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Transactional messages about an account, order, security event, or policy are not marketing and may still be sent when needed.

Cylex Store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. Products for children must be purchased by an adult.
The store is operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to appropriate legal safeguards where required.
